Reiki
Reiki is perhaps one of the oldest and most intuitive forms of natural healing that has been a part of every culture and healing tradition in the world. Sometimes known as ‘laying on of hands’ Reiki brings healing and soothing energy to the mind, body and spirit. Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging it with positive energy. There are many reported benefits of Reiki including support with stress and anxiety, grief, fears, inability to let go, existential crisis, sleep issues and low energy. Some people also report improvement with physical health conditions. The Reiki session is conducted fully clothed, lying on a table. The practitioner gently places their hands slightly above or on the body, transmitting healing, soothing energy.
