Weekly Sound Baths
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body healing experience that uses specific frequencies of sound to facilitate healing. The sound is created using singing crystal bowls by our energy healing practitioners.
This sound immersion facilitates deeper states of consciousness. It serves as an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.

Annual Metaphysical Week
Our annual Metaphysical week features healing sessions with renowned energy healers from around the world. You will have the opportunity to book one-on-one sessions with our esteemed astrologers, tarot card readers, psychics, and energy healers. The week also features group energy healing sessions including sound bath sessions and chakra balancing yoga sessions.
We will also have a special metaphysical shop with the most specially curated metaphysical products - crystals, sage, palo santo, healing waters, tarot cards, spiritual candles, and much more.
