You can schedule a 60 or 90 minute Reiki session. The 90 minute sessions include an intuitive reading and sound healing. We request that you kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Frequency of Appointments
The number and frequency of sessions depends on your physical-mental-emotional needs, assessment by the practitioner, and treatment plan. In general a series of 4 - 8 sessions are recommended.
What to expect during a treatment
The Reiki session is performed while the client is laying on a massage table. The practitioner lightly places their hands above or on the body. The client remains fully clothed during the session.
How does it feel
The Reiki session feels profoundly relaxing. The sensation varies from warmth, swirling energy, deepening of breathing and deep rest.
