Acupuncture in Atlanta

At Ranesa House of Wellness, we offer expert acupuncture treatments in Atlanta, GA. Each of our licensed acupuncturists has over 18 years of clinical experience. They specialize in pain management, stress relief, digestive health, hormonal balance, autoimmune conditions, and chronic health conditions.

Our approach is rooted in the 4,000-year-old system of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Acupuncture uses thin, sterile needles inserted into precise acu-points located on 14 energy meridians throughout the body. These meridians are linked to specific organs and systems. Stimulating these points helps restore the smooth flow of energy, or “Qi,” through the body. Balanced energy improves organ function, reduces pain, and supports natural healing.

At our acupuncture practice in Atlanta we also combine other TCM techniques like cupping, moxibustion (gentle heat therapy), gua sha (skin scraping), and acupressure massage. These methods help boost circulation, clear energeric blockages, and improve the effectiveness of each treatment.

Our Acupuncture Services In Atlanta

Pain Management

Acupuncture is widely used for pain relief, especially for chronic and stubborn pain conditions. It triggers the release of endorphins (natural painkillers) and corticosteroids, which reduce inflammation. This combination eases pain while supporting the body’s own healing processes.

At our acupuncture practice in Atlanta, we commonly treat migraines, neck pain, lower back pain, and abdominal pain. Our clinic also helps with plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, post-surgical pain, and nerve pain. Acute injuries like muscle strains often respond well to acupuncture, especially when paired with cupping therapy. We also see positive results for autoimmune-related pain conditions such as fibromyalgia, which often resist standard treatments.

Women’s Health

Acupuncture is an effective complementary therapy for a wide range of women’s health issues. We treat conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), irregular cycles, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), menopausal symptoms, and infertility.

Our acupuncture practice in Atlanta also supports women undergoing IVF and those seeking healthy pregnancies. Acupuncture improves fertility by regulating the menstrual cycle, improving ovarian and uterine blood flow, and reducing stress hormones. It may also improve sperm count and motility. Lower stress and better blood circulation together help create conditions for a successful conception.

Chronic Disease Treatment

Acupuncture can support patients with long-term or complex health conditions by addressing blockages in the 14 meridians and their corresponding organs. These organs include the liver, kidneys, lungs, heart, spleen, bladder, and intestines.

At our acupuncture clinic in Atlanta, we treat thyroid disorders, immune-related conditions, digestive issues, skin problems, and circulatory disorders. Acupuncture is also used alongside conventional treatments during cancer therapy and surgery recovery. Many hospitals now include acupuncture to help reduce pain, nausea, and fatigue during cancer care and to speed healing afterward.

Facial Acupuncture

At our Atlanta acupuncture practice, we offer specialized Facial Rejuvenation acupuncture for improving skin health and appearance. This treatment uses 40–70 ultra-fine, virtually painless needles on specific facial acu-points. This increases circulation, stimulates collagen production, and improves lymphatic drainage, which brings oxygen and nutrients to the skin. We often combine it with cupping, gua sha, and facial massage to boost results.

Facial acupuncture helps tone facial muscles, smooth fine lines, and improve elasticity. It can also relieve nerve pain (such as Bell’s palsy), sinus pressure, and skin conditions like acne or eczema. Many patients notice a brighter, healthier and younger complexion after a few sessions.
